Biography

John was born in 1843. He was the son of Duncan Mc Dermid and Ann MacGregor.

John married Janet McKercher on 2 Feb 1871 in Cornwall, Stormont, Ontario.^[1] They had eight children. They lived in Roxborough, Stormont, Ontario in 1871^[2] and 1881.^[3]
